Our management team reviews all refund requests carefully. To qualify for a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days after your service is completed or the invoice date, whichever is later. Depending on how much work has been done, we may offer a partial refund. If approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 14 business days.
If your manuscript does not match what we agreed on, we will provide up to 15 free revisions. If you are still unhappy after these revisions, we may give a partial refund. The amount depends on how much work needs to be redone, minus costs for completed sections. Once you approve a final draft, that part of the service cannot be refunded.
For editing projects, we offer up to 7 free revisions. If the edits still do not meet your expectations after these revisions, a partial refund may be given. The refund will be based on the work done up to your request.
Fees paid to third parties (like ISBN registration or printing proofs) cannot be refunded. If you cancel publishing services before completion, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting costs for work already done and any non-recoverable fees. Custom illustrations or cover designs cannot be refunded once approved.
Results in marketing can vary due to market trends. Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver the services promised in your contract (for example, not creating the agreed posts or ads). Refunds are not given based on performance results like sales or engagement rates.
Deposits or payments for completed work cannot be refunded. Services that you have already approved in writing or custom projects made specifically for you are also non-refundable.
